WINE – JOY OR JARGON?

For those who might be thinking of going on the wagon in January, this wine tasting will be a perfect chance to reawaken your pristine palate.

Featuring fun, games, plenty of wine and a dash of education, this will be a celebration of the good bits about wine.

It will be presented by Richard Bampfield who is one of 320 Masters of Wine in the world and who has a happy knack of making wine fun and, occasionally, intelligible.

Do bring your friends, make up a table of 8, have a great night out……..and help us raise money for our fabulous school.

A Message from the Chair

A very big WELCOME from the Friends of Forest Bridge School, in our half termly newsletter we will link you with all the news and activities going on behind the scenes and keep you updated on this exciting new journey - of all of ours.

We have already started planning a busy year of activities aimed at providing fun and enjoyment for the children, a chance for parents to get to know each other, whilst also raising money for the school.

These are exciting times for Forest Bridge School and we hope that as many of you as possible will support our events.

With very best wishes,

Jane Balmer,

Chair

About Friends of Forest Bridge..

‘Friends of Forest Bridge School’ is a registered charity and the fundraising arm of the school. Look out for the colourful FoFB tree logo which symbolises both the school and children’s steady growth and development. During the year we will be organising a number of social and fundraising events for the children, parents and staff associated with Forest Bridge School. These funds will contribute to a variety of ICT resources, outdoor play equipment and learning resources that will not be funded by central Government.
